Windows 10, fortunately, offer ways to make the devices you use to interact with your PC—like a mouse or keyboard—easier to use. Adjust Text Cursor Indicator size, color & thickness
With the roll-out of a new version of the Windows version, Microsoft has attempted to improve cursor visibility options in Windows 10. It has added a new Accessibility option (Text Cursor Indicator) to the Settings application that lets users change the pointer color on the system to suit their preference. This new capability adds a visible indicator to the text cursor, thereby improving its visibility and making it easier to spot. Here is how you configure the option.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Ease of Access.
- Choose the Text cursor option.
- To start using the text cursor indicator, turn on the text cursor indicator.
- Change text cursor indicator size.
- Choose a text cursor indicator color.
- Adjust the text cursor thickness.

If you have the latest version of Windows 10 installed, click on ‘Start’ and select ‘Settings’.
Next, choose ‘Ease of Access’.
